Day to day responsibilities ill involve facilitating the interview process, managing the applicant tracking system and ensuring its accurate and up to date, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating live interviews as they happen, and assisting with various recruitment events.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience in campus recruiting or careers
- Be motivated and consider themselves a self-starter
- Have industry experience - Financial Services, Tech or Fin-tech
- Be passionate about HR, Talent & Recruitment
