Campus Recruitment Coordinator
The client is looking for driven, articulate graduates who have an interest in working for a Financial Services firm within their internal recruitment team. Previous HR/Recruitment experience is not necessary, however some experience working in an professional office environment is essential.

As a Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you will be at within the recruitment team and will work closely with the HR team to help the organisation recruit the best talent. As part of your role, you will help to organise careers fairs, coordinate assessment centres, schedule interviews and help to source for top tier talent. Your role as a Recruitment Coordinator will be pivotal to ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment process.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 2:1 degree from a top university. You will have had some previous office/corporate experience, not necessarily within a HR/Recruitment capacity, but you must be able to demonstrate a clear interest for this field.
