Job Details
Two new and exciting opportunities for experienced HR Advisors to join a reputable Government organisation. One role is interim until September 2021 and the other role is permanent.
Client Details
An established and fast-paced Government organisation who are based in Central London.
Description
The successful HR Advisors will be responsible for:
* Providing a range of HR advice and guidance to employees
* Assisting in complex ER casework
* Support with coordination of recruitment campaigns
* Managing specific HR data reports to support HR KPIs (sickness absence, competencies, ED&I etc)
* Other HR project work.
Profile
The successful HR Advisors must have:
* Experience of providing generalist HR advice and guidance
* Working towards CIPD (or equivalent)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
