Leading consulting firm are experiencing a period of growth via Acquisitions and as such are seeking a Mergers and Integration specialist to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract

This role will see you working across both UK and Europe managing acquisitions of up to 100 employees. This role is focused on the integration of the organisations to ensure that culture, processes and systems are integrated successfully.

You will be consultative and collaborative in your approach. Being flexible is paramount as well as having strong influencing and engagement skills.

The client is specifically seeking someone who has a proven track record delivering mergers of this size. You will be required to have a minimum of five years specialist experience delivering similar projects, demonstrated on your CV. Candidates who have previous consulting experience will be highly regarded.
