Description
The Lead HR Manager will support the Head of HR in the continued implementation of the Global/European performance management process across the business, ensuring performance is measured by goals and results and training is provided to develop full potential.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Provide an HR Management service covering all aspects of HR from recruitment through to exit
- Support and lead the engagement agenda including the set up of consultation forums and communications strategy as well as supporting and leading HR aspects of organisational change projects
- Develop appropriate learning processes and systems which allow employees to participate in a process of continuous personal development
- Coordinate and assist Managers with the selection of external training programs to develop employees and addresses the companies training and management development needs
- Develop a process of organisation development, which identify, encourage and develop talent within the business, addresses succession planning, employee retention, organisation design and change management
- Support the Head of HR to align with Europe HR on using industry leading salary surveys to review and benchmark salary, wage and benefit rate
- Travel to various manufacturing sites based in the Midlands
Profile
To be successful you will have the following experience:
* CIPD Qualified
* Experience within a Manufacturing business preferably food industry
* HR Generalist experience including recruitment & training
* Experience within a multi-site matrix organisation
* Up to date knowledge of employment law including employee relations & TUPE
* Ability to travel to different manufacturing sites
* Results driven
* Highly motivated
