Fantastic opportunity to work as an Internal Recruiter on a stand alone basis for a leading construction business based in Dewsbury.

Working closely with key stakeholders across the business and reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for recruitment of all positions across the group which will include both blue and white collar positions across all seniority. You will be able to ascertain stakeholder recruitment requirements, source and screen candidates presenting a finalised shortlist to managers. You will be able to interview candidates and up skill managers to manage the interview process themselves, make offers to candidates and ensure that candidates receive a first class candidate experience from the business.
You will look at routes to market in order to attract the best talent, ensure a steady talent pool is maintained and market map for future vacancies. You will be able to advise on recruitment strategy, budget, cost and time to hire.
Internal Recruitment experience is preferred, but you will not be ruled out if you have agency experience.
Ability and confidence to work in a stand alone role as part of a fast paced environment
Permanent full time position with a salary offering dependant upon experience.
