Your new company
You will be working for an established market leader, this is great opportunity for an HR Business Partner who is looking for flexibility! You will be working 3 days a week and home based initially, then move to hybrid working.
Your new role
You will be working with other HRBPs' to advise, and coach managers on the performance management of team members. You will maintain an updated people and performance system which is informative, legally compliant and which provides useful information for staff at all levels. Ensure the performance management procedures serve the needs of the business whilst developing its people and prepare clear and concise people and performance metrics and reports that provide useful information to the business. Develop and implement a range of people process improvement projects and initiatives - as required. Advise on all aspects of employee relations, liaising with the other HRBP's as necessary. Ensuring that documentation, systems and processes are compliant liaising with the other HRBP's as necessary. You will assist managers to effectively structure their teams and roles. Implement and maintain a talent management programme that incorporates succession planning. You will become established as a source of informative and proactive support to all within the business.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you must have experience as an HRBP and proven knowledge of the duties listed above. You will be comfortable working 3 days a week.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available once you return to office but this role will be home based initially. 3 days a week but you can choose your hours and days.
