9-12 FTC - Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager (3 days a week)

Your new company
You will be working for a global business that are experts in specialised solutions and are leaders within their market. This business has created a fantastic environment for their employees and has a brilliant company culture. The role of Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager is in an integral part of this business and they are looking for someone to join the team whose values align to theirs. This is a fixed term contract for 9-12 months, you will be based from home initially and then hybrid working once restrictions have lifted. You will be working 3 days a week but you have the freedom to choose your hours and days.

Your new role

You will be developing new and enhancing existing company policies. Working with the Global HR Community to support managers, through training as appropriate on topics such as selection and retention of a diverse community as well as working with the internal and external communications teams to revise and update all communication on their website, social media pages, job descriptions and internal documents. You will be establishing metrics to measure and forecast diversity which can then be used to support the business in any action planning under D&I. Setting up the infrastructure across the global business to facilitate the implementation of the D&I strategy. You will be establishing a global approach to employee wellbeing, whilst recognising local requirements and ensuring a continuous focus with policies and processes that are embedded across the global business.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you will need proven experience working for a global organisation in a D&I specific role, you will need to have developed and implemented both D&I and wellbeing strategies globally. You will be available on short notice and be comfortable working 3 days a week.
