Financial services business with a national presence
I am working with a financial services organisation recruit into their fantastic team and business.
Reporting to the Finance Director/ Head of Business Services, you will manage two HR Administrators and their targets and day to day workload. You will be responsible for all HR services and administration to include management of processes and polices, management of all on boarding and off boarding to include seasonal contracts and project work. You will be responsible for all administration supporting the employee life cycle; starters, leavers, contracts, holidays, sickness, absence. You will champion all HR and data reporting and ensure that all documentation and administration is compliant to FCA regulations.
You will have the ability the ability to influence change and make things happen, contributing to the set up of the HR function.
HR background and knowledge of HR processes and policies
You will have managed/ supported/mentored people previously
You will be super organised and able to manage administration tasks efficiently
You will be able to work remotely with around 1-2 days a week from the office in Leeds.
Salary up to £32,000, PMI and an attractive holiday and pension package.
