Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with our national client in the search for a HR Advisor for a fixed term contract for approx 9 months. This role requires an immediate start, and is based in Worksop offering up to £24000.
Are you a solid and highly experienced HR Assistant or Co-ordinator available for a contract role?
Do you have the confidence and experience to work in a fast paced environment, supporting Managers in HR issues?
Are you CIPD qualified to level 5 or working towards?
If so this role could be ideal for you! The HR Advisor will work within a busy and dedicated team, providing HR service to approx 800 employees. This is a fast moving environment so you need to have experience in managing relationships well with stakeholders and providing efficient HR advice on a range of queries.
The HR Advisor will support the business in prepare and conducting investigations, disciplinaries, grievance, appeal and performance meetings
Advise and guide management on policies process, and ER
Manage HR for the weekly paid temporary employees
Manage and report absence figures, analysing areas of improvements and suggesting initiatives to improve those numbers
Support on adhoc HR project work
