Your new company
I am currently working with an incredible company who are in the process of a relocation and are looking for an in house Recruitment Manager to head up their recruitment team. They have moved to lovely offices just West of central Birmingham and are going to be growing this new head office over the next 12 months so it is an incredible and exciting time to join this organisation.
Your new role
This role will be overseeing a team of two initially with plans to grow the team. You will need to recruit initially for two roles within your team and you will have full management responsibility for these team members. You will need to build close working relationships internally and externally. You will play a lead role in the on going design and evolution of their people approach to recruitment across the organisation. You will also be responsible for budget management and reporting amongst many other duties.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need in house recruitment experience and ideally be available to start quickly. If you have prior experience working within the public sector and have dealt with exclusivity and diversity in your roles before this would also be ideal. You will need to be able to both remote work and get into the offices eventually which are based just outside of central Birmingham.
