Description

Role of the HR Consultant / HR Business Partner - Insurance Sector:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of HR Consultancy to design and deliver to clients a range of HR initiatives/HR Consultancy services.
  • Liaise directly with clients across the UK giving HR advise and practical HR help.
  • Help maintain content on the website
  • Project manage HR initiatives for clients ensuring they are delivered seamlessly.
  • Highlight HR business opportunities that clients would benefit from
  • Facilitate and contribute to HR sessions such as webinars, HR news articles, website updates.
  • Assess and report on success of delivered client HR programmes and initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders in the wider group to deliver information sessions, briefings, and workshops to increase awareness and understanding of HR offerings.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external facilitators and providers.
  • Keep abreast of best practices in wellbeing, reward & benefits and learning and development.

Key activities:

  • Serve as strategic partner and subject matter expert acting as consultant and liaison to the Head of HR Consultancy and HR team members in determining the most effective and efficient way to execute against HR and business strategies.
  • Influence strategic direction of the business function and ensure alignment to the broader business goals.
  • Assist the Head of HR Consultancy in establishing an HR strategy that builds organizational and leadership capability reflecting the business strategy, competitor activity, and the key business drivers and contribute to HR initiatives across the business function using innovative or ground-breaking methods.
  • Build and maintain working with clients to ensure consistency of HR approaches and processes.

Profile

Requirements for the role :

* Relevant experience in HR ideally from regulated industries
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Microsoft Office (essential- strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel)
* Strong organisation and project management skills.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* Presentation/facilitation skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high results.
