Senior Compensation Consultant - Interim - Financial Services - £630 per day
Your new company
I am working with a global financial services business, who are looking to recruit a Senior Compensation Consultant to join them on an interim contract - please note this role is inside IR35.
Your new role
You will be involved in a number of compensation regulations, in both interpreting regulations and solution generation. You will prepare materials for EMEA Remuneration Committees and other governance bodies, advise on MRT staff, and manage Sales Incentive Plans for EMEA Team members. You will provide strategic consultative services to the business on salaries and incentives, and ensure competitiveness in the market.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Senior Compensation Consultant from a regulated financial services background, and have good working knowledge of CRDIV and Material Risk Takers regulations.
