A leading global management consultancy is looking for a senior L&D profesional or ex consultant with exposure to talent development, to lead next generation coaching programme delivery across a cohort of around 600 consultants.

You will act as the facilitator to an enhanced model oriented around performance coaching for project teams and their leaders, working in a fast paced environment rotating through different consulting teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a flexible yet rigorous coaching process and third-party objective thought partnership
  • Support team kick-offs, ceremonies and other team events / meetings
  • Work with project team leadership and Partners to proactively set performance expectations, clarify roles and help manage invididual effectiveness and team dynamics
  • Drive 1:1 coaching to all individuals within project scope
  • Go beyond diagnostics to propose and provide development solutions around identified issues
  • Drive digital tool training and methodolgies (e.g. Slack, Agile)
  • Steer continuous improvement of the global next generation program
  • Support other rotating coaches through mentorship and informal support
  • Lead interactions between the next generation performance team and local leadership to drive strategic thinking
  • Help embed and sustain next generation culture and innovations in the consultant cohort

Requirements

  • Significant professional experience, showing increasing levels of responsibility
  • Either a consulting background, including as a team leader and with a demonstrated interest in people development
  • And/or a senior learning or talent professional with experience as a team performance or Agile coach (ideally in professional services)
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, client-oriented environment
  • Ability to influence and effectively persuade, working with multiple stakeholders
  • You are collaborative and enjoy developing joint solutions
  • You have the ability to flex your coaching style to adapt to the needs of the team/individuals
