ER Advisors job based in Coventry

Your new company
You will be working for a large international organisation that are market leaders within their field. Having nearly 30000 employees they are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their existing team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for looking after a business area, dealing with a variety of employee relation cases from sickness right through to grievances. You will be responsible for dealing with end to end case management and could be dealing with up to 40 cases at any one time.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have already gained experience in an ER role and will be used to working either in a high volume role or have a very strong ER background. Knowledge across the board is essential. You will be able to demonstrate that you can work on your own initiative being able to engage with stakeholders and have a broad knowledge of UK employment legislation.
