Reporting to the HRD the Senior HR Business Partner will wear a strategic and operational hat, in a fast-paced, growing, international environment. In this role, the Senior HR Partner, will support stakeholders in the Middle East, emerging markets and London on all people matters. You will help drive the business agenda through the development of an astute people plan and lead on talent, reward and generalist points, often working with in-country HR support and a HR Assistant based in London.
The successful Senior HR Business Partner will be comfortable working in international settings, notably across emerging markets and will have supported a client group on the ground in Africa. The Senior HR Business Partner will be as comfortable developing and delivering people strategies as they are with hands on, day to day people tasks and ultimately be well versed in supporting intellectual, diverse customer groups. This is a team based, fast paced role.
Remuneration includes a base salary of £70,000 and bonus.
