In this role, you will support the site leadership team to achieve group objectives and drive strong HR practice and ways of working across the organisation.
Client Details
You will have extensive experience in a manufacturing or operational setting.
Description
This is a strategic Snr HRBP role that will partner with the group functions and work to own the people strategy on your own site.
Profile
You will have experience in a manufacturing or operational setting, where you have worked to increase efficiencies across policy, people and strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder with a proven track record of change management. Although work is already underway to move to a centralised payroll and HRIS, it is expected that there will be significant opportunity to modernise ways of working across Human Resources. At the same time, the wider business will be undergoing significant change following the recent Senior Team appointments.
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to:
develop an organisation from a HR perspective,
drive improvement and add value across the HR spectrum,
understand the commercial / financial drivers that underpin decision making,
use data and logic to form structured proposals and arguments,
influence and communicate with a wide range of colleagues across operational assets and central functions,
design and draft internal group communication,
build relationships across the above groups as well as with external parties such as trades unions or industry HR professionals,
navigate through complex ER/IR situations within a unionised environment,
manage pay negotiations and remuneration review; introduce new ideas having considered the implications of your strategy across the wider Group,
quickly understand complex HR legal issues and identify and rank solutions,
effectively deliver organisational and contractual change,
present HR concepts with a balance of practical and theory,
train, coach and develop colleagues throughout the organisation
