Head of People - Professional services firm
£45,000 + Benefits (Flexible for the right level of experience)
I am currently working with a leading professional services firm that are looking for Head of People to join their senior management team based in North Yorkshire. This is a senior leadership position and you will be part of the Management Board, working closely with the Management Team, Director of Operations, and the Managing Director.
This Head of People will be a HR expert and main point of contact for all HR queries across the wider business. This is permanent role and a great opportunity for any HR Leader that has worked for an SME/Boutique businesses and used to being at the heart of the company.

Responsibilities:
*Developing, delivering, and review of training and career development performance reviews.
*Recruitment and retention of staff.
*Lead the delivery of HR strategy.
*Oversee the management team to ensure service delivery and manage the business relationships across HR and stakeholders.
*Build key relationships in order to support and drive key culture change objectives through HR and other business areas.
*Lead on continuous improvements including policy and procedure implementation and day to day HR operational processes.
*Participate in senior leadership meetings, providing KPI statistics on headcount, diversity etc.
*Oversee succession planning and ensure employee pipeline for key positions and high potential development.
*Drive change management and overall vision of the HR strategy.


What we look for:
*Background within a Professional Services environment is ideal
*Minimal 5 years HR Management experience (HR Manager, Head of People, HR Director)
*Experience working in a SME/Boutique business - circa 80 employees
*Multi-site experience would be advantageous
*Confident leading strategic conversations and delivering on wider business objectives, as well as delivering hands-on operational support
*Accuracy and strong attention to detail
*Strong numerical skills
*Excellent communication skills
*driving license
