Our client is an international law firm seeking to appoint their Head of Graduate Recruitment & Development. The role is to lead a team who will deliver their early years talent across apprenticeships, paralegals and graduates, seeking to access the widest and most diverse talent pools. The successful individual will work with the partnership to set the strategy and then work with the wider team to deliver that strategy. As the main person who holds the relationship with the Solicitors Regulation Authority, it is important to understand the Solicitors Qualifying Examination and therefore be working in, or have experience previously working for a law firm.

Key to this role is the ability to lead, motivate and direct the team, and previous experience of people management is a pre-requisite. A passion and expertise in diversity and inclusion and how to access the most diverse talent pools is another key aspect to success in the role. The role can be based in either London or Manchester (when not working from home). Working with a wider HR team and the leadership of the firm, the business has an entrepreneurial, collaborative and friendly culture.
