Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business in their search for a permanant HR Officer. The role is based in Harrow and the salary is up to £35k based on experience.
We are looking for a driven HR professional looking for their next challenge. Due to the current workload, we are looking for a start as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Working and leading on any potential redundancies.
·Being actively involved with the coordination of the recruitment process.
·Managing ER casework from start to finish.
·Working on the HR System, ensuring all records are correct and up to date.
We are looking for:
·Previous HR experience within the education sector (desriable)
·Ideally CIPD qualified.
·Experience managing ER cases.
·Exposure to working or being involved with redundancies.
