This is a fantastic opportunity for an ER Specialist/Senior HR Adviser to join a progressive organisation.

Description
The main focus of this 12 month interim role is to work with the HR Business Partners, anticipating and advising on employee relations issues within their client areas and keeping them up to date with progress of employee relations activities, providing consultancy and advice on complex matters, including TUPE, restructures and management of change.
As the ER Lead you will provide expert, pragmatic employee relations solutions, where necessary advising managers and colleagues directly on complex issues and the application of related policies and procedures.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced ER Specialist/Senior HR Adviser and have the following experience:
- CIPD qualified (Level 7) or an equivalent and relevant professional or academic qualification, with significant experience of advising on the application of people policies and processes in a large, complex organisation.
- Experience of working in a managerial level role within the Higher Education Sector or in a public sector, unionised organisation is also desirable.
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and good practice, together with a successful track record in advising and coaching managers to deal effectively with the full range of employee relations issues.
- Available to start in March 2021 for initial 12 month period
Job Offer
£40,000 - £44,000 depending on experience + great benefits
