Our client, a Global Financial Services firm, are recruiting for an HR Business Partner on a 12 month basis intially.

In this role you will provide the full range of HR Business Partner support to teams within CPO (Chief People Office).

  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Executive and Director level
  • Partner with the business tp design and implement the people agenda
  • Engage with the business to influence and recommend organisational design and change
  • Lead and motivate HR Business Partners
  • Run cyclical HR activities such as talent reviews; performance management preparation, planning and deliver, compensation reviews and regular compensation changes related to promotions and role changes
  • Employee Engagement
  • Resourcing and Talent Planning
  • Learning & Development
  • Employee Relations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong track record within BP Advisory roles
  • Background within financial services would be desirable
  • Multi-matrix exposure
  • Can do attitude, motivated and adaptable
