Human Resources Systems Adviser
Our client is seeking an experienced, autonomous Human Resources Systems Adviser to join their friendly and supportive HR team to provide a high quality and proactive specialist systems support in terms of workforce information, ESR and associated systems.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will need to maintain workforce processes and ensure the organisational establishment is accurately recorded. You will also provide system administration of their Epay system/Health Roster system, liaising with Managers, the HR team and the Payroll service with regards to co-owners salary and expenses claims. In addition, you will support the Workforce Information Systems Lead in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of regular and ad hoc workforce information requests required by the organisation and line manage 2 HR Co-ordinators.
You will have specialist knowledge in HR data/ systems acquired through post graduate education or equivalent relevant experience. You will also be experienced in data management and development, reporting and analysing workforce information and statistics and knowledge NHS Terms and Conditions of Service. In addition to your technical systems and analytical information skills, you will have excellent communication skills to build relationships and planning and organisational skills to manage workload to tight deadlines around reporting sequence.
£21,892 - £24,157 + 5% (Fringe 'High Cost Allowance) + excellent benefits
