On behalf of a Global Law firm of circa 1000 people, I am recruiting an L&D Advisor to support for 12 Months. HQ is in London with nine offices across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • To ensure programmes have defined learning objectives, that the style and structure of sessions and the flow of learning appropriately meets these
  • To design, deliver and facilitate training and workshops on a bespoke/ad-hoc basis
  • To build and manage relationships across the firm with key stakeholders and line colleagues
  • To add to, refresh and update learning as necessary to ensure continuous improvement
  • To programme manage the delivery of training programmes and to ensure effective organisation, delivery and follow up
  • To manage ongoing relationships with training providers to ensure the provision of the highest quality of training
  • Manage the budget

To be considered you will have:

  • Relevant L&D, training and talent management experience
  • A track record in managing all aspects of the training cycle: training needs analysis, design, facilitation, delivery, programme management and evaluation
  • Experienced trainer and presenter
  • Worked within the professional services , ideally a law firm
