A specialist management consulting firm are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their growing team. You will be responsible for:
- Identifying suitable sources for the best candidates
- Managing end to end selection and onboarding
- Managing the applicant tracking system and candidate pipelines
- Building and managing agency relationships and direct candidate relationships
- Managing end to end recruitment processes
- Leading recruitment projects and initiatives
As Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:
- Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or Advisor either in-house or agency
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Strong education, ideally to degree level
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong MS office skills
