Job Details
A specialist management consultancy is looking for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their team. Responsibilities will include:
- Developing the database through channels such as headhunting , networking and building pipelines
- Understanding specific skillsets required for particular projects and clients and from there, market mapping and talent pooling for future hires
- Headhunting via LinkedIn and engaging with potential candidates
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process of headhunted candidates
- Working with relevant colleagues to anticipate future hirings and trends
As Senior Recruitment Advisor you will possess:
- Strong education, ideally to degree level
- Previous experience in headhunting and pipelining candidates
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong MS Office skills
