A specialist management consultancy is looking for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their team. This role will suit someone who has experience recruiting for contract/interim roles. Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the database through channels such as headhunting , networking and building pipelines
  • Understanding specific skillsets required for particular projects and clients and from there, market mapping and talent pooling for future hires
  • Headhunting via LinkedIn and engaging with potential candidates
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process of headhunted candidates
  • Working with relevant colleagues to anticipate future hirings and trends

As Senior Recruitment Advisor you will possess:

  • Strong education, ideally to degree level
  • Previous experience in headhunting and pipelining candidates, specifically contract and interim hiring
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
