Global, listed B2B tech firm that has grown quickly to 600 people through numerous acquisitions. They intend to continue their growth phase throughout 2021, across EMEA and APAC. They have a post-acquisitive, evolving and change based environment with a matrix set up.
The people team is expanding to support the continued growth and help instil best practice with the current business, in all people areas. Given their current and expected focus in Germany they are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner who is fluent in both English and German. In this role you will support two global business units all on people matters, the majority of which sit in Germany. You will therefore partner the senior leadership in Germany on strategic and cyclical HR matters, lead the in-country HR team of two and drive more synergy across the different operating entities within the country.
As the HR Business Partner you will work across multiple countries and cultures in a fast paced, changing commercial business environment and be wear a strategic and operational hat at times- there is limited resource in place in the way of CoE. You will join a team of 3 other Senior HR Partners, all London based. Given this they need a strong HR partner who can influence in a 'sharp elbows' environment and character wise, an individual who can deal with lack of structure, some 'mess' in an international setting and is not afraid to balance strategic HR with some hands on, operational delivery. In addition to this it is critical that the Partner is well versed in German employment law and be fluent in German, as well as English. There will be travel to the German offices when feasible / in the future.
Remuneration includes a base salary of up to £85,000, bonus, LTIP and benefits pack.
