Your new role
Assigned to an internal client group of over 350, this Senior HR Business Partner role will be responsible for setting the People agenda for your Client Group and related offices in cohesion with the firms overall business plan and individual stakeholders strategy. You will also be responsible for delivering the firm-wide cyclical people activity - well-being strategy, salary and bonus review, performance etc.
You be also play an integral role in HR Projects for the whole firm, developing commercially focused solutions to areas such as talent identification, employee engagement and change management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have proven experience delivering an HR agenda in line with business strategy, a specialist depth in a HR discipline such as talent and management, organisational Development or ER, and an ability to develop a business strategy and issue into a people strategy.
This role falls at the senior end of the HR Business Partner title so experience related to this level is a must.
You can work from home and the office but travel to other offices may be required.
