Talent Acquisition Coordinator
12 month FTC
Investment Management Firm
£32,000 - £42,000
I am currently working with a global Investment Management firm in their search for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 12-month basis. The role involves supporting and coordination in various areas of Talent Acquisition including, sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate management and screening, reference completion, and onboarding tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provides recruiting support by scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
- Partner with the wider Talent Acquisition team to gather candidate information.
- Coordinate interviews schedules, arranges travel, lodging and meals to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Assist with associate onboarding.
- Participate in Talent Acquisition and HR related projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the function.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Skills:
- 1 year + experience in a recruitment administrative experience in a delivery or internal position.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal savvy.
- Experience with ATS & CRMs.
- Financial Services industry experience preferred.
- Strong MS Office knowledge.
