Talent Acquisition Coordinator

12 month FTC

Investment Management Firm

£32,000 - £42,000

I am currently working with a global Investment Management firm in their search for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 12-month basis. The role involves supporting and coordination in various areas of Talent Acquisition including, sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate management and screening, reference completion, and onboarding tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides recruiting support by scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Partner with the wider Talent Acquisition team to gather candidate information.
  • Coordinate interviews schedules, arranges travel, lodging and meals to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Assist with associate onboarding.
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition and HR related projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the function.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Skills:

  • 1 year + experience in a recruitment administrative experience in a delivery or internal position.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal savvy.
  • Experience with ATS & CRMs.
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge.
