HRIS Analyst - Software Firm (Central London) - Permanent


Your new company
An acquisitive software firm, who are headquartered in London, are looking to recruit for a hard-working and diligent junior HR support. The business provide web presence services to customers in over 180 countries and are a leading provider of tools required to create websites, use email and secure business online. The Group generates revenue and income from the worldwide sale of internet domain names and hosting on an annual subscription basis.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing support for new and existing HR applications, using both technical systems knowledge and functional HR knowledge to maximize the usage of the HRIS, ATS and similar. You will act as the first-point-of-contact for system issues and problem resolution, and conduct system training for users. You will also support the HQ People function with ad hoc HR generalist duties such as inductions, on-boarding, recruitment, contracts and other people related document generation.

What you'll need to succeed
This role will be fantastic for someone who has a great attention to detail and is eager to learn. You will be well-versed managing a HRIS, have acted as the Systems expert previously and be comfortable providing HR reports for SLT. This role will suit someone who is truly curious and analytical. The business are committed to developing their colleagues and if you are keen to learn, you will be exposed to a wide variety of HR project work too.
