This is a Customer Service role within a busy call centre environment.
The role is a Senior role and will be processing orders and taking customer payments.

The Client is a market leader in their field, they are established and growing. This role will be working from there offices in Trafford Park that are Covid safe.
Description
- Previous experience working within contact centre
- Previous experience working with collections and order processing
- Experience working within customer service or sales environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about great customer service
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail

The Successful candidate will come from a Customer Service background
