A large and successful logistics company in North Yorkshire are recruiting to a new HR Administration job due to significant recent and projected growth.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR you will be a key member of the HR team, supporting the HR Advisors, providing guidance and support to everyone in the company on all aspects of HR work. You will be involved in the administration and coordination of the employee life cycle, recruitment activities, disciplinary and grievance meetings, wellbeing and engagement activities, policy and process. You will contribute to the success of the HR function through supporting and reflecting the organisations' core values, aims and objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who is committed to a career in HR. If you have a strong administrative background, with excellent communication skills, an understanding of GDPR and experience of working in a confidential setting, with excellent IT skills, then we want to hear from you!
Given the location of the site, a car driver is essential for this HR Admin job.
