Description
The successful HR Partner will be responsible for:
* Providing advice and support to employees on a range of HR policies and procedures
* Investigating any employee relations casework and undertaking the case management work
* Managing and improving the onboarding process
* Administering key HR information; sickness, absence, new hires, payroll, benefits etc
* Supporting the organisation with any recruitment campaigns
Profile
The successful HR Partner must have:
* Experience of managing complex ER casework
* Solid understanding of employment law
* Experience working in a school or college setting would be desirable
* Experience with trade unions and restructures is essential.
