Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global financial services organisation who have an opportunity for a HRIS specialist to join their team in Dublin.


Focusing on the learning system your responsibilities will include:


* Ensuring the system is up to date and undertaking any improvements when necessary
* Working on complex business issues and highlighting any potential implications to the business
* Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider business and providing training when required
* Supporting with projects on a global basis


You must have experience using a HR and learning system. You will also have experience with configuring core system areas such as security and workflows and you will be competent on Excel.
