HR Data Analyst

We are currently supporting a market leading global construction business to recruit a HR Data Analyst. Working as part of a wider HR team, you will be joining an innovative organisation who really believe in investing in their people.
Your new role
This role will support the administration of the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme and will manage the employee data for those colleagues who are furloughed. You will maintain the employee data file of colleagues who are on furlough including tracking dates of return, reasons for furlough etc. You will create weekly reports for both finance and HR and also identify any administrative requirements, liaising closely with the HR admin team to ensure paperwork is issued. You will also have a strong relationship with the payroll team to ensure any adjustments are made.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a strong data analyst, with excellent excel skills, in particular for data checking and validation using tools such as VLOOKUP's. You must have strong attention to detail and good analytical skills to ensure the accuracy of the data at all times.
