Your new role
In your new Senior HR Administrator position, you'll be playing an integral role in supporting the administration of the employee lifecycle from start to finish. You'll assist with end-to-end recruitment, build relationships with recruitment agencies, coordinate on-boarding and new start processes, manage changes to employee records and oversee the leaver process. You'll update company HRIS (Cascade) to a high level of detail, support with project work (incl. SMCR and IR35), produce ad-hoc reports and administer company benefits.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you'll have strong HR fundamentals having worked in an HR Administration capacity within financial / professional services. You'll have excellent attention to detail, a mature outlook to your work and the ability to communicate with all levels of seniority across the business. Furthermore, you'll be systems-savvy and ideally have worked with Cascade HRIS.
What you'll get in return
A competitive £35,000-£40,000 salary (depending on experience level).
