Administrator position based in Worcester full time. This role is permanent.
Client Details
My client is a successful not for profit organisation based in Worcester who would like an enthused and experienced Administrator to join their business and be part of a friendly team.
Description
- Will be front of house reception based on a rota, welcoming and dealing with customers
- Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
- Interacts with managers at site and carries out their requests
- Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
- Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Attends workshops and conferences when requested

Job Offer
- £18,000 salary
- 35 hours per week
- Core hours 9 - 5 but may be required to work outside these hours (8am - 7pm on a rota basis)
- Main base in Worcester but on occasion will have to travel to other offices based nearby to cover (travel expenses paid)
