Administrator position based in Worcester full time. This role is permanent.

 

Client Details

My client is a successful not for profit organisation based in Worcester who would like an enthused and experienced Administrator to join their business and be part of a friendly team.

Description

  • Will be front of house reception based on a rota, welcoming and dealing with customers
  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
  • Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
  • Interacts with managers at site and carries out their requests
  • Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
  • Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
  • Attends workshops and conferences when requested

Job Offer

  • £18,000 salary
  • 35 hours per week
  • Core hours 9 - 5 but may be required to work outside these hours (8am - 7pm on a rota basis)
  • Main base in Worcester but on occasion will have to travel to other offices based nearby to cover (travel expenses paid)
