Medical Admin Team Leader vacancy available based in the leafy suburbs of Birmingham.
This role is for an experienced Team Leader who has ideally worked in the Healthcare sector.

My client is a welcoming and lovely Healthcare Practice based in Birmingham who are looking for a Medical Admin Team Leader.
Description
- Overseeing and looking after the Medical Administrators and Receptionists.
- Ensuring the work is covered respectively and all procedures are followed.
- Doing the rota for the team and responsible for the authorisation of holidays and any annual leave.
- Attending weekly Management meetings based at the Practice to discuss new procedures to relay or any changes.
- Administering the correct duties to the correct staff and ensuring full cover is available on site.
Profile
- Experience working in the Healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
- Management experience is essential.
- EMIS experience is ideal but not essential.
- Able to work weekends on occasion.
- Great communication skills with the ability to look after a team well.
- Great coordination skills.
- Responsive manager who follows procedures.
- Can commute to Birmingham daily.
