Tech Recruiter Job- FTC (6 Months)

Oakleaf are working with a prestigious brand who are looking to bring in an experienced Tech recruiter for 6 months to help with roles across EMEA.

The role sit in a recruitment team of 3 and they want you to support on a variety of technical roles such as Software engineers, developers ,Scrum masters, product managers ensuring you maintain a fantastic candidate experience.

They want you to have the ability to build strong relationships with Stakeholders ,Manage outside agencies and have a real eye for talent.

The role is for an initial 6 months paying circa of 40K. They are looking for someone who can start immediately!

For this Job you will need to have:

  • 4+ years recruiting experience across technology roles.
  • You are approachable and understand how best to adapt your own approach to your audience.
  • You are well accustomed to using Boolean, x-ray searches and additional sourcing software/tools (LinkedIN, Github, Stackoverflow etc.).
  • You adopt a proactive approach to hiring and have experience filling niche roles for quality-driven product companies.
  • Experience recruiting across EMEA is desirable.
  • You're organised - you know that when there's loads to do, prioritisation is essential, and you are good at structuring your day.
