This is a full time HR Administrator role working for a manufacturing business on site. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all HR Administration to support the full employee life cycle. You will manage all offer paperwork, starters, inductions and on boarding in addition to managing leavers. You will ensure that the sickness policy and process is implemented, ensure that referrals to occupational health are done in a timely manner and continue to monitor levels of absence and sickness on the system.
You will attend grievance and disciplinary meetings and be confident in note taking, in addition to providing first line advice and guidance on HR matters. You will support with administration pertaining to recruitment and learning and development initiatives where required.
You will act as the business super user for their ADP time and attendance system, review weekly payroll reports and be confident in identifying any errors and miss calculations particularly with reference to sickness, statutory leave etc.
You will ensure that systems are updated and maintained, terms and conditions are correct for employees, reports are produced accurately and all benefit administration is managed.
The successful candidate will have HR Administration/ Assistant experience and be confident and comfortable in supporting a HR Manager with all administrative and reporting tasks.
You will have strong attention to detail and an eye for numbers to ensure reports are produced accurately and payroll is sufficiently checked ahead of processing.
