under-taking surveys and market research to assess best practice
Working with stake-holders across several countries to implement the most suitable and successful benefits programme
Supporting the day to day operation of benefits programmes
Responsible for supporting the HRIS team and HR systems
Participate in other HR projects across the business
We are looking for someone who
Has experience of man-management
Has worked in a Compensation and Benefits position previously
Is able to think creatively to design a world class Compensation and Benefits policy
Can influence stake holders across Europe, to gain buy in and momentum
Has a strong under-standing of best in class Compensation and Benefits practices.
Highly numerate and adopts an analytical approach to problem solving
