People Support Team Leader
Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic client based in Derby recruiting for a People Support Team Leader on a full time permanent basis.
As an experienced team leader, responsible for supervising a small team, working in a fast paced environment, you will have a wide range of a responsibilities from managing the recruitment process to developing continuous improvement within the team. This is a Shared Service environment so it is essential that you have a proven background in leading a HR administrative function.
Main responsibilities will include:
Looking after the recruitment cycle, from advertising vacancies to issuing employee contracts
Monitoring and ensuring efficient response times within the recruitment process
Leading a small team, allocating daily and weekly tasks
Promoting and developing a customer centred culture within the support team
Dealing with customer queries to meet and exceed expectations
Analysing ways to continuously improvement the department
Working alongside the Payroll Team Leader to ensure smooth running of the department
Experience supervising a team is essential
Strong Excel skills and a proven experience of working on a HRIS are a must
CIDP qualifaction is desirable.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, however there is a degree of flexibility here, temporarily the role is home based with a view to moving back in to office .
