Our client, a leading Professional Services organisation, is looking to recruit a Performance & Talent Development Manager to join their team.

About the role:

  • This role covers Performance Management and Talent Management & Development.
  • You will design and deliver bespoke solutions to improve the overall performance of employees in a sustainable manner.
  • You will review and redesigning the annual appraisal process, moving to agile goals and objectives.
  • You will be responsible for the development of talent within the business.You will be required to understand business objectives and what talent they need to hit these goals.

They are looking for:

  • Extensive knowledge of performance improvement
  • Experience of working in a Regulated environment
  • Experience of designing and delivering performance programmes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to work in an agile/ fast-paced environment
