I am partnering with a successful FSTE 250 organisation who have a brand-new requirement for a Sales Plan Analyst UK to join their team and deliver full end to end services to the business relating to all aspects of sales commission and bonus plans. This role will require you to use a commercial approach to support the implementation of best practice sales commission plans through maintaining internal and external relationships.

Your main duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining all data in the sales compensation system

  • Working closely with the Sales Compensation Manager and assisting the team where applicable

  • Providing a main point of contact service for all queries relating to all sales compensation

  • Assisting with the development and improvement of sales commission plans

  • Using a commercial approach when supporting various projects

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of sales and sales commissions process. You will have proven experience providing a main point of contact service to stakeholders as well as building and maintaining relationships and have excellent communication skills. You will be confident acting as a main point of contact to senior figures and have the ability to produce excellent levels of work while maintaining a heavy workload.
