Interim Trainer / L&D Advisor - IT bias. Doncaster and WFH. Circa £30,000 equivalent
Your new company
A large multi-site organisation who is now in their 2nd phase of a IT/System project.
Your new role
This is an Interim Systems Trainer role to lead on the training for users for Phase 2 of the company's new system project. The role will work closely with the Project Team and the IT Team who will be the experts in the subject matter. You will lead on the L&D solutions for the implementation of phase 2 of the new system, and engage users in the learning of this system. You will design and deliver the training (and there will be User Guides and other material that the project team will have already produced) to develop as learning material, and you will have the support of the subject matter experts when delivering the training. You will look at learning solutions to deliver the training in different ways, to engage the end users in the learning. What you'll need to succeed You will be a True "Trainer" with a bias to training IT or systems packages - rather than soft skills. You will be comfortable developing e-learning, navigating an LMS and partnering business SMEs.
What you'll get in return
The FTE salary is circa £30k - based on an hourly rate basis through Hays HR (not directly employed by the client). Initially it is a 4 month role with an immediate start - but this could be extended. The role is current "based from home" - but some flexibility is required for the post holder to go to the Doncaster/South Yorkshire head office on occasion.
