Job Details

Your new company
A successful and expanding schools Trust, based in Bradford, is recruiting to a new HR Administration job to be part of a successful and highly regarded central HR department.

Your new role
Supporting the HR team, you will be involved in all aspects of the employee life cycle administration and coordination activities, recruitment, employee relations support, providing advice and guidance in employee relations queries, as well as payroll administration and project work. It is a very busy and rewarding HR job role, varied in duties and offering the successful candidate an opportunity for progression and HR career development.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous HR experience, having worked as a HR Administrator or HR Assistant previously, and have experience of working in a highly confidential environment. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you'll be comfortable with all Microsoft Office applications and ideally experience of working with a HR IS system. A determined, 'can do' attitude is important in this environment, if you have the drive to find solutions not problems, this could be the job for you. Payroll experience would be desirable. A CIPD qualification, or working towards, would be an advantage, but the practical work experience in a HR department is more important.

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary, a generous benefits package, free parking and 'term time plus 2 weeks' working pattern, providing approx 12 weeks holiday per year. This is a genuine opportunity for career development, as the department grows, offering a suitably experienced person the chance to progress to HR Advisor in the coming years. Part time HR jobs aren't too common, so get in touch for more information regarding the pattern of working hours/weeks and how this could provide a very attractive work/life balance.
