PE backed fintech with offices in London, NYC, Western EU, Singapore and India. They have c110 heads at the moment and are in a healthy position with recent significant customer wins and additional funding.
This HRD role takes responsibility for developing the global people function and reports to the CFO. In this role you will work across all their regions and lead and develop a team of 3 HR generalists (with data / finance bias) in the USA, India and Singapore. The CEO is based in Western Europe and there is HR professional with him who works solely on cultural projects. There is a real international element to this role. The business, or regions, operate quite fairly independently of each other - or rather there could be more cohesion and integration. This HRD role will support this business change. There is also a priority to address all cyclical HR matters and the processes that are in place. Also, they are in expansion mode and thus you will also support the future growth of the business.
It is likely you will be able to work and influence globally, and have proven experience in supporting cultural change and business transformation. You will be comfortable working with c-suite, leaders and developing the strategic remit of the people function but you will also be willing to deliver hands on work - granted there are 3,4 others in HR and a HC of 110 or so - but with no COE there will be a real hands on element to this role. Given the nature of the stakeholders it will be beneficial that you have successfully influenced in a 'sharp elbows' / intelligent commercial environment previously. A strong academic track record will be well received.
Renumeration includes a base salary between £85,000 and £95,000 and bonus.
