Description
Key responsibilities
Design & deliver the Talent Management strategies required to hit business objectives
Work closely with your talent partners to deliver the Talent Cycle across the business
Engage with a internal stakeholders across the People Team to ensure communication and actions are aligned
Assist line managers with training plans, talent development and other relevant activity
Profile
You will have broad in-house talent development experience, preferably from a variety of businesses
Exceptional organisational, communication & relationship building skills are needed to make a success of this position
A strong working knowledge of the talent cycle is vital
